I enjoyed my stay at the Fairfield Inn, though I noticed the pool had early closing hours. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast exceeded expectations. The friendly staff made my experience enjoyable, especially during a busy road trip. I'd happily return.

I really liked how close this hotel is to the Knoxville Zoo and nearby Pigeon Forge. The breakfast exceeded my expectations. it was fresh, varied, and had plenty of options. My king room was clean and comfortable with enough space to move around. The fitness center came in handy for working off some of those calories. Unfortunately, the furniture in the room needed updating. it wasn't very functional or visually appealing. I also noticed that some of the products used for cleaning had strong scents, which could be off-putting if you're sensitive to fragrances. Service at check-in could’ve been more welcoming too. Overall, I had a pleasant night’s sleep, but I would’ve liked to see more attention to detail in the room and staff interactions.

We had a great stay with my mum in a well-updated King Room. The location was convenient for driving to UTK, and the staff was particularly helpful, even holding onto a forgotten item for us.
My kids wished there were more lighting options for a cozier feel.

The stay was quite comfortable overall, with friendly staff and a clean room that met my needs. However, there were some cleanliness issues that were concerning, and the breakfast could have offered more variety. Still, the bed was cozy and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere.

great access to parks and dining options for weekend explorers
I was pleasantly surprised by this well-run property, just off I-40 and less than 10 miles east of downtown Knoxville, making it perfect for those who love to explore city parks and historical sites, with the historic Ramsey House just over 5 km away and numerous dining options like Cracker Barrel just a few steps away for a great meal after a long day of walking. the hotel was clean and exceeded my expectations just like I hoped as a solo traveler, but the lighting in the room could be improved for a softer feel.

My stay was fantastic. The cleanliness of the room exceeded my expectations, and the staff's attentiveness made me feel valued.
The parking area could be a bit more organized.

I stayed here recently and appreciated the staff's help. I had a teleconference, and one team member offered me an empty room to use for my call. That gesture stood out to me. It reminded me of how hospitality can make a difference, especially during busy times.
The pool had early closing hours, which I found inconvenient. Housekeeping didn't provide service during my stay, and the towels became an issue. I had to ask for new ones, which was an unusual experience for me.
